1. Subscription Purchases Are Final

Subscriptions grant you access to services and boost campaigns inside the YtGrow1 dashboard. Because services often begin immediately after activation, all subscription purchases are non-refundable.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error.
  • Technical issues on our side that prevent your subscription from being activated.

3. How to Request a Review

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. Include the Razorpay payment ID, the order ID shown in your dashboard, and a brief summary of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refund investigations are completed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Active subscriptions that have already been utilized.
  • Requests submitted without payment evidence.
  • Any attempt to misuse the platform for fake engagement or policy violations.
